Keeping our community safe and healthy is our number one priority.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

We monitor the weather carefully and, based on the guidance below, we modify physical outdoor activities as appropriate. This may include, altering schedules, relocating activities, planning alternative activities, rescheduling activities, and monitoring the health of our campers and staff for any potential symptoms.

HEAT ADVISORY PROTOCOLS
We follow the U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s recommendations related to the heat index.  Please note that the protocols are based on the heat index, not the temperature.  CLICK HERE to see the Heat Advisory Table for details.
