minnesota jcc foundation

The Minnesota JCC Foundation’s sole purpose is to support the Minnesota Jewish Community Center through holding and managing the JCC’s real estate assets and endowment and restricted funds. Gifts to the Minnesota JCC Foundation provide sustainable support for all the vital programs and services that make the J what it is, for generations to come.

Endowment and Restricted Funds

Endowment and Restricted Funds provide an annual allocation to support the Minnesota JCC’s programs and services. With an endowment gift, the donation is invested, and the investment earnings support the J’s mission and programs year after year. These funds support all areas of the J through programs and services that promote well-being, foster inclusivity, and strengthen the entire community as well as the spaces and people that make it all possible.

Many members of the Minnesota JCC community have established endowment funds to honor the legacy of a loved one and see the impact of their generosity during their lifetime and the knowledge that it will continue to make an impact for future generations. A list of our endowment funds is below.

Each year thousands of dollars are contributed to endowment funds through tribute donations and PLANNED GIFTS. Consider making a TRIBUTE in honor, memory, or celebration of a special person or event in your life.
