Minnesota JCC Symphony Orchestra Family Concert

Sunday, February 1 at 11 AM
Capp Center St. Paul

Join us for our popular Symphony Orchestra Family Concert, under the baton of Dr. Mark Bergman. The theme of the show is Musical Adventures: Land, Sea, and Celebration, which invites children and families to explore how music brings people and places to life. Lively orchestral music introduces the orchestra’s instruments and the many sounds they can create. The program travels from rolling waves and open seas to joyful village celebrations, helping young listeners imagine stories shaped by nature, community, and shared experience.

After the concert, children can visit a hands-on musical petting zoo, where they see, touch, and try real instruments up close. This interactive event encourages curiosity, creativity, and a joyful first connection to orchestral music.

FREE (with a symphony support donation rate of $12)
