Yoga for Healing Your Body & Mind with Victoria

Redirect your natural energy, reset your nervous system and reframe the body’s experience to stress. Living in a world saturated with stressors, and nervous systems perpetually on high alert, we often get stuck in the stress cycle. Spend an hour learning how to transition into the parasympathetic nervous system and tone it through awareness practices, breathwork and yoga postures.
