Krav Maga: Self-Defense for Women (Capp Center St. Paul)
An Israeli, principle-based self-defense and fighting system combining effective techniques from various martial arts like boxing and wrestling. It teaches practical, instinctual movements for real-world situations.
This particular seminar is focused on teaching women how to defend themselves against the most common attacks they might face – whether that be on their feet or on the ground. This introductory session will teach awareness-building, avoidance, hitting, kicking and using your voice to defend yourself.
