Join coach Russell O’Brien for this one-time class to learn kettlebell basics, break down the swing, and get personalized adjustments. Kettlebell swings are a challenging but effective way to boost your fitness. Using proper form protects against injury and when done correctly, the exercise can increase muscle strength, improve heart health, and enhance coordination.
