For Caregivers and Children (Infant to Age 4)
Welcome to a chance to build connections while nurturing your health – both physically and emotionally. We’ll explore an array of activities tailored for mothers/caregivers and their little ones. Whether it’s stretching into a calming yoga pose, tumbling in giggles on the mat, or swaying to the music in a lively dance, each moment is designed to inspire. Plus, you’ll meet fellow moms/caregivers navigating similar challenges, interests, and triumphs – all in a supportive, judgment-free zone.
