Join Israeli Author Nofar Shani and be part of an amazing interactive experience and learn about her book, Congratulations, You’re a Parent, a supportive journaling book for new parents. She will share real pages from the journal, invite you to a short writing prompt, and give space for connection and discussion. The book offers weekly guidance, reflection, and practical tools to help parents feel less alone and more confident as they navigate life with a baby. Nofar will share on topics such as sleep, tantrums, and more. Nofar Shani is a parent educator, an art therapist and mom of two. Books are available for purchase online.
