BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 3, 2025!

Ages 3 to 5 years

The Minnesota JCC Early Childhood Center is excited to announce the launch of a new, innovative Hebrew Language Program for children ages 3 to 5. The program blends language learning with joyful, play-based exploration to provide an immersive introduction to Hebrew and Israeli culture within a nurturing and dynamic preschool setting—a unique early childhood offering in Minnesota.

Bilingual children often develop strong cognitive skills, including enhanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Led by a native Hebrew-speaking educator, the program will gradually transition children from English to Hebrew through daily routines, songs, storytelling, and hands-on activities. This immersive approach builds confidence and fluency while supporting every child’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. As children grow more comfortable and confident, English is gradually reduced. Our language instruction aligns with a whole-child approach, recognizing that development is a continuous journey.

Throughout the day, children engage with Hebrew through routines, instructions, songs, and activities.
