Learn practical, easy-to-remember self-defense in a fun, supportive class. Krav Maga teaches awareness, avoidance, and — when necessary — effective, instinctive responses. This session focuses on bearhugs and grabs using rea listic drills and games so techniques become automatic. Great for all fitness levels.
