Krav Maga Self Defense Workshop

Whether you’re new to self-defense or have prior experience, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn real-world skills from certified professionals. Led by Rotem Nir (visiting Global Instructor Team member who works with civilians and military in Israel) and expert instructors from the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF), you’ll be introduced to practical techniques designed to increase your confidence, awareness, and ability to protect yourself in everyday situations.
