For Caregivers and Children (Infant to Age 4)
Welcome to a chance to build connections while nurturing your health – both physically and emotionally. We’ll explore an array of activities tailored for mothers/caregivers and their little ones. Whether it’s stretching into a calming yoga pose, tumbling in giggles on the mat, or swaying to the music in a lively dance, each moment is designed to inspire. Plus, you’ll meet fellow moms/caregivers navigating similar challenges, interests, and triumphs – all in a supportive, judgment-free zone.
New Instructor! Simonnett Rosenberg is a mom of three and passionate about bringing communities together in approachable spaces. Her vibrant personality and expertise facilitating programs for children and caregivers, make her the perfect fit for our Child & Me classes here at the J!
