Join your friends for great conversation and lunch at Razava Bread Co. in St. Paul, a legacy of the old Baldinger Bakery. With options such as such as shakshuka, smoked fish, cheeses, New York bagels, pitas, special breads and more, you are sure to find something delicious!
Razava got it’s name from the dark, nutritious bread born in Eastern Europe. Made from hearty flour that kept the grain’s natural goodness, it was said that if you ate enough of it, you would become as strong as a horse. Henry Baldinger brought the recipe to St. Paul in 1888 and turned it into a dense rye at his family bakery on Carroll Ave—just over a mile from Razava’s new home at Grand and St. Albans. Pickup from Sabes and Capp Centers Available.
