Are you a person living with diabetes or love someone who is? Join us in an open discussion for assistance, guidance, and insight that supports healthy decision making. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle isn’t something we have to do alone and it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by a wide range of information. Bring your questions into this group setting with the support of others who get it, for an educational exchange. Discussions will be moderated by Lauren Plunkett, RDN LD CDCES
