Yoga Retreat: Slowing Down to the Pace of Nature

Cultivating Mindfulness Through Nature, Yoga, and Journaling
This day-long retreat focuses on mindfulness through yoga, a guided outdoor experience, meditation, music, and journaling, at the JCC’s beautiful Camp Butwin Lodge. Take this opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection to the living earth. In this practice, nature is the teacher. A journal and lunch from Cecil’s Deli* will be provided, as well as snacks, coffee, water and tea throughout the day. Bring a yoga mat (limited mats available), and dress for both outdoor and indoor experiences.
