POUND Fitness Class!

RELEASE YOUR INNER ROCK STAR!

Release your inner rock star in our new POUND class! Inspired by the infectious sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums, this 45-minute fitness jam session combines cardio, strength training and plyometics. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

Refreshments/cocktails and snacks will be available after class.
