Join us for a fun half-hour express class led by Diana, then grab a snack and get on with your day! POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. The perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! Designed for all fitness levels.
