Set to your favorite head bangers and hair bands from the ‘70s and ‘80s, Lauren’s 45-minute aggressive interval training class is designed to improve speed, endurance, and power. Riders will be challenged to push their threshold using rpm and hill-climbing resistance to resemble outdoor training. Learn proper positioning techniques to take your fitness to the next level. This class is perfect for an athlete in training and also for health advocates at any level.
