Take advantage of the weather while we can! Led by experienced triathlete and JCC cycle instructor, James L, join your friends for an outdoor bike ride workout around the area!
FREE FOR MEMBERS
Meet in front of the JCC Capp Center St. Paul entrance.
*In the event of inclement weather or if temps reach 90O or higher, class will be held in the indoor cycling studio.
