Oula Connection Class

The Oula Connection Class is for EVERYONE! We will be dancing to celebrate each and every one of us, including those attending Empowerment Weekend! No previous Oula experience is necessary to attend.
What is Oula? Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection.
What do I need to bring? Comfortable, clean, indoor exercise shoes, water, and photo ID. Please complete the Oula Liability and Photo Release prior to class. If you’re not a member of the JCC, and have access to a printer, please print, complete, and bring the JCC Guest Waiver with you in order to speed up the entry process.
What else do I need to know? These classes are quite large so please arrive a little early to get checked in at the JCC.

Oula One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness.
