Spiritual preparation for the High Holidays can be challenging, yet if we want to transform ourselves, we must leave our comfort zone. Poetry and art can reach us beyond the level of ordinary consciousness, inviting us to get out of our heads and awaken our hearts to new possibilities. Bring a spirit of curiosity as we immerse ourselves in the language of poetry (found in Marcia Falk’s The Days Between) and art as a way into the important work of this season.
