Live Longer, Better. Join us as we view this four-part docuseries that follows Blue Zones founder and National Geographic Fellow, Dan Buettener. Each episode lasts about 40 minutes followed by a brief Q&A with Dietitian and Nutritionist, Lauren Plunkett, RD LD CDCES. Free childcare available!

What is a “Blue Zone”? Blue Zones are regions in the world where people live exceptionally long, happy, and active lives. Through identification and research of these extraordinary cultures of longevity, the Blue Zones organization has distilled their lessons for living long, vibrant lives.
