Krav Maga is a simple, intuitive self defense system that is easy to learn and retain. It was originally developed for the Israeli military, and has since been adapted for civilians as well. This system is fantastic for everyone because it prepares you to recognize danger, avoid it if possible, and fight as a last resort . We use games and drills to simulate a realistic street fight. The training is hands on and fun! LED BY EXPERT INSTRUCTORS FROM KRAV MAGA MINNEAPOLIS.
