Fall Swim Clinic: Breaststroke

TWO-DAY CLINICS • OCT 23 & 25 • AGES 5–15
Is your swimmer looking to improve their skills? Each session will focus on a different stroke or skill. Participants will work to improve technique and endurance, in a fun and supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for swim team candidates or lesson participants looking to work on specific skills. Prerequisites: must be able to swim 25 yards on front and 25 yards on back without stopping.
In this clinic your swimmer will learn proper body position, kick, hand placement, and stroke timing.
Additional Clinics:
OCT 16 & 18: FREESTYLE & BACKSTROKE
Learn proper body position, kick, hand placement, and side breathing for freestyle (front crawl) and proper body position, kick and arm rotation for backstroke.
OCT 30 & NOV 1: BUTTERFLY
Learn proper body position, kick, stroke timing, and breathing.
NOV 6 & 8: STARTS, TURNS & FINISHES
Learn proper diving technique, using the starting block, flip turns, and open turns.
