Health and Wellness Center Childcare
Your Gym Time, Their Playtime
We offer fun, safe, free childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years while you enjoy our health and fitness centers. One-hour reservations blocks can be made up to three days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis (Maximum 2-hours per visit). While same-day reservations may be available, advance booking is strongly recommended.
J-Care at Capp
J-Care’s well-trained staff keep your children entertained with activities like storytelling, arts & crafts, games, and sing-alongs during operating hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM,
Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM,
Friday: 3:00 PM–5:45 PM,
and Saturday–Sunday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM.
Childcare Policies
Please supply and label all items your child may need during their stay, including diapers, wipes, extra clothes, and bottles, and note that our team cannot administer medication. If your child cries for more than 10 minutes and cannot be comforted, we will ask you to pick them up. Punctuality is essential, as arriving early or leaving late can put us over capacity. We maintain a peanut- and tree-nut-free environment to ensure the safety of all children.
