Health & Wellness Center Childcare

Enjoy time at our Health & Wellness Centers while your child plays in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Complimentary childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
Reservations are available in one-hour blocks, with a maximum of two hours per visit, and may be made up to three days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day reservations may be available, but advance booking is encouraged.
Sasha's Playspace at Sabes Center
Sasha’s Playspace is open to members only, with well-trained staff who keep children entertained through storytelling, arts & crafts, games, and sing-alongs.

J-Care at Capp Center
J-Care is opened to members only, with well-trained staff to keep your children entertained with activities like storytelling, arts & crafts, games, and sing-alongs.

Policies
- Parent/Guardian must remain on the property the entire time of the child’s stay.
- Please supply and label all items your child may need during their stay, including diapers, wipes, extra clothes, and bottles.
- We maintain a peanut- and tree-nut-free environment to ensure the safety of all children.
- Our team cannot administer medication.
- Parents will be notified and asked to return to the room if the child cries for more than 10 minutes and cannot be comforted.
- Punctuality is essential, as arriving early or leaving late can put us over capacity.
