Bring along your birth support person: this is a hands-on class, and you’ll try every position together so they leave knowing how and when to support you. This class is for expecting mothers 20+ weeks at the time of class. Taught by Jourdan Myers, Spinning Babies ® Provisionally Certified Parent Educator. This class is designed to supplement a standard childbirth class.
