Celebrate the longest day of the year and the Fathers and Father-figures in your life with a morning of restoration. Gather with us outdoors to honor International Day of Yoga and Father’s Day with 75-minutes of Yoga practice designed to renew the body and spirit set to Live guitar music played by local legend, Bobby Schnitzer.
Bask in the warmth of the summer solstice as Paula guides you through an accessible yoga flow under the open blue sky then head out to brunch or stick around for refreshments and merrymaking with other JCC friends. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a dedicated dad looking for a morning of zen, a music lover craving live tunes, or a family wanting to celebrate together – you are welcome at this session for connection and renewal.
A limited number of Yoga Mats are available, you are encouraged to bring your own mat and/or a blanket for extra comfort.
