Outdoor Cycle Ride with James L

Meet James out in front of the JCC Capp Center with your road bike for a 90-minute group ride! James has planned a challenging workout that is still a safe and enjoyable ride. Don’t forget your helmet and water bottle! We’ll take off from the J at 8 AM, make a stop at a coffee shop on the route back, and return later for a stretch.
