Lunch & Learn: From Hospital to Home and Everywhere in Between
Cindy Johnson, Everbright Legacy Law will cover the spectrum of care and housing options available to seniors when they are transitioning out of a hospital stay. As a Life Care Coordinator, along with her years of hospital social work, Cindy has amassed an incredible knowledge of post-hospital care. She will let those attending know what to expect when being discharged from the hospital and options available.
