Barre & Bubbles with Elizabeth

Join us for a morning ballet barre session followed by fizzy water and mimosas with Elizabeth and friends. Based on basic ballet positions and technique, Barre is about building strength and stamina through tiny movements using bodyweight or light dumbbells. Bubbles to follow.
