Spin & Sips with Donna

Want a high energy workout set to great music that improves strength, burns calories, is low impact and modifiable for anyone? Such a workout does exist! Join experienced cycle instructor Donna for an hour of spinning and sweating, then take a complimentary libation with you to celebrate and sip at home!
