Lifeguard Prep Course

Are you interested in becoming a lifeguard but intimidated by the swim prerequisites? Calm your fears by attending the Lifeguard Prep Course! We will focus on all three prerequisites:
- 300 yard continuous swim on front with correct breathing
- Tread water for two minutes without using hands
- A timed event involving retrieving a 10lb brick from the bottom of pool and return to starting point by swimming on back with object without using hands for 20 yards
Ample time will be given for practice and coaching.
