Lifeguard Prep Course

Are you interested in becoming a lifeguard but intimidated by the swim prerequisites? Calm your fears by joining the Lifeguard Prep Course! We will focus on all three prerequisites: 300 yd continuous swim on front with correct breathing, tread water for 2 minutes without using hands, and a timed event involving retrieving a 10 lb brick from the bottom of pool and return to starting point by swimming on back with object without using hands for 20 yards. Ample time will be given for practice and coaching.
You can choose to attend one or both days.
