J-COMM: Group Coaching Event

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to successfully complete the J-COMM challenge – a workout that will keep you on your toes! From strength exercises like squats and pushups to conditioning exercises like J Makers and Medball slams, J-COMM will give you the workout you’ve been looking for, while having fun!
