Happy Power Hour

Power up with a strength and conditioning workout, led by Jen. She will take you from movement prep, through a strong workout, to a cool down. Take a breath, then rehydrate with Powerade Shots and Prosecco-Powerade cocktails. Sound like fun? It will be! MASKS REQUIRED.
