It’s time to blow off steam! Take your day from stressful to strong. Join us for a warming, socially-distanced, end-of-day conditioning session. Learn strategies to keep your workout pumping in wintry weather. Dress in layers, choose stable footwear and listen to your body. Start to finish, this entire experience is OUTSIDE. After an efficient 30 minutes of fitness, enjoy a sip of hot, mulled wine.
